This Cancellation & Return Policy explains how cancellations and returns are handled for tickets and services provided by Wink Entertainment LLP.
Once a ticket purchase is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled by the customer, as tickets are issued for specific events, dates and venues. Any exception will be governed by the specific event terms communicated at the time of purchase.
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be informed and any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
As tickets grant access to live events, they are not returnable goods. There is no physical product return for ticketing services. Where a return-like remedy applies (for example, a cancelled event), it is addressed through the refund process described in our Refund Policy.
Requests to change the name, date or details on a booking are subject to the event organiser’s policy and may not always be possible. Please contact us as early as possible with any such request.
