This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are provided for tickets and services purchased through Wink Entertainment LLP.
Tickets sold for live events are generally non-refundable, except where an event is cancelled or where a refund is required under applicable law or the event organiser’s policy. This Refund Policy should be read together with our Cancellation & Return Policy.
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, eligible ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price, subject to the organiser’s confirmation. Convenience or service charges may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will ordinarily remain valid for the new date. Where a refund is offered for a rescheduled event, it will be processed in accordance with the organiser’s policy communicated at that time.
Unless stated otherwise, processing fees, convenience charges and any third-party charges are non-refundable.
